How does the discount work?
The discount is applied automatically to every cleaning visit as long as you're on a recurring plan. The more often we clean, the bigger the discount:
- Weekly: 20% OFF every visit
- Bi-Weekly: 15% OFF every visit
- Monthly: 10% OFF every visit
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, absolutely. No contracts, no cancellation fees, no penalties. Just text us and we'll stop the recurring schedule.
You can also pause your plan if life gets busy and resume whenever you're ready. ✨
What if I need to skip a cleaning?
Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance by text or call, and we'll skip that visit at no charge. Your discount stays intact and the next scheduled visit will be on time.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime. Many clients start with Monthly to try us out, then switch to Bi-Weekly or Weekly once they see the difference.

Will the same cleaner come every time?
Whenever possible, yes. We assign a consistent cleaner (or team) to each recurring client so they get to know your space and preferences.
If your regular cleaner is unavailable (vacation, sick day), we'll send a trained backup with notes on your home.
Do you offer custom schedules?
For sure. If our standard plans don't fit your needs, for example every 3 weeks, twice a week, or seasonal, just text us and we'll create a custom plan with a custom discount.
Do I pay weekly, monthly, or how?
You pay after each cleaning, with no subscriptions and no auto-debits. We accept Cash, Check, Venmo, and Zelle.
Some clients prefer to settle weekly or monthly. We're flexible, so let us know what works best for you.
